FOC are three music fans from diverse backgrounds (Tarragona, Madrid and London) who are united by their love of rock and affinity for D.I.Y.  
They share the belief that music is therapy, attitude and sincerity.

They met in Barcelona, where they are currently based, forging their sound in a lost corner of the Zona Franca.

This noise rock power trio, with a multitude of influences and origins, don't believe in borders and think of their songs as a mixture of abrasive punk rock with a dash of post-hardcore, noise and finally, some pop sensibility.

They believe there's no point in playing if it's not loud, in your face and sweaty, but they also want you to be able to play a couple of songs for your mother-in-law, your nephew or your grandmother.
